From file to foundation walls
Digital model
The structure is designed (or adapted) in 3D, then sliced into toolpaths — the exact route the print head will travel, layer by layer.
Mix & pump
A precisely engineered concrete mix is batched on site and pumped to the print head. It must flow through the nozzle, then hold its shape seconds later.
Layer-by-layer print
The printer extrudes continuous beads of concrete, stacking layers into walls with built-in cavities for insulation, reinforcement, and utilities.
Cure & verify
Printed elements are cured and inspected against the digital model. Every wall ships with dimensional and material QC documentation.

Common questions
Is printed concrete structural?
Yes. Printed walls are engineered like any concrete wall system — with reinforcement, grouted cells, and bond beams where the design requires. Every project is stamped by a licensed structural engineer.
Does it meet building codes?
Printed concrete construction is being permitted across the US today. We provide the engineering documentation and testing data local jurisdictions need, and we support the permitting process on every project.
What about windows, doors, and utilities?
Openings are printed in place. Wall cavities accommodate electrical, plumbing, and insulation, so your trades work the way they always have — just sooner.
How is the finish?
The signature layered texture can be left exposed as an architectural feature, or troweled, coated, and finished like conventional concrete. Your call.
