About ConCore V
We believe construction should be a service you order — not a project you suffer.

The mission
ConCore V exists to make building faster, cheaper, and better — by turning 3D concrete printing from an exotic technology into an everyday service. Developers, builders, municipalities, and families shouldn't need to own robots to benefit from them. They should be able to order walls the way they order any other professional service: scoped, priced, scheduled, delivered.
The model
Construction as a Service means we own the printers, the material supply chain, the operators, and the engineering. Our customers own the outcome. Every project we print makes the next one faster and cheaper — a flywheel that hardware sales can't match. That's the business we're building.
Why now
The labor gap
US construction needs hundreds of thousands of workers it can't find, and the skilled-trades workforce is aging out. Automation isn't replacing crews that exist — it's building what otherwise wouldn't get built.
The housing shortfall
America is millions of homes short, and conventional methods can't close the gap at conventional speed. Printed construction compresses the slowest, most labor-intensive phase of every build.
The sustainability mandate
Construction is one of the largest sources of waste and emissions. Additive placement uses material only where it's needed and enables low-carbon mixes by design.
The technology inflection
Print systems, materials science, and code acceptance have all matured in the last five years. What was a demo is now a delivery method. The window to build the service layer is open.
The team
ConCore V is founded by builders and technologists who've watched the construction industry run out of hands — and decided to give it machines. Full team profiles coming soon.
